Firing people again

Yup! here we go again.
Finding people mistake,nail them down and ask them to leave.
I was meant to do all these bad job.
I am worried how will this effect me in my future life.

Frustrated! because I feel I am not a good person.
Trying to console myself by giving excuse - those people effected are bad people and they need to be gone... hopefully God understand my intention is not good but best for the company.

God! I will repent next year!
Until then, could you give me more time until I fully repent??

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much.
