Thank God! my little veggie grow up well even with little love from me... I was too afraid to step outside due to previous broke in incident.

It grown wildly on my balcony and having a hard time to control this fella. This plant name is plectrathus amboinicus leaf and good to cure fever and cough. You just need to leave it inside water and drink it. But normally I just pluck one and eat it raw. The taste a bit minty. You may not like the taste but for me no medicine as sweet as honey.

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much.
