HERE GOES MY BLESS DIET


My Friday night dinner with Pei Ling 'Chinggu'. I have this Portuguese spicy grilled fish with ladies fingers!!!! mmmm.... so good!!!
Ah! so high calories!!!!



Following Pei Ling Chinggu with her favourite Bonjour Cream Puff...
OMOOOO!!!! not my taste...
So rich of cream!!!!


Driving my parent from Kajang to Shah Alam and the journey will take around one hour.
Since Mum have a severe gastric, I standby with this steamed cakes for her to eat on the way to my Sis 's house in Shah Alam...
mmmm.... so good daughter, huh!!!! hehehehehe...
 
After reached my sis's house...all of us hopped on to her car and head to Uptown Damansara for breakfast...We choose to try out The Village Park.
One of the Malaysian leading actress's restaurant....huhuhuh not hers but her parent ,though!!!!
 

 
My mummy's choice is Soto Ayam...
Chicken soup with rice cubes,noodles,groundnuts,beancurds,shredded chicken....according to my Mum.... she told my Sis to bring her there again the next day..Oh! wow...she hook to this place...



My sis's choice....Nasi Lemak with Fried Chicken
Rice cooked with coconut milk then served with Fried Chicken, Spicy Chilly,Groundnuts and fried achovies and not to forget quarter of hard boiled egg and slices of cucumber.



My Dad's choice is Nasi Dagang with Chicken Rendang
Rice chooked with lots of herbs, chicken cooked with lots of spices and herbs too then served with cucumber,pineapples and carrots pickles!


My choice...hehehe...Nasi Lemak with Sotong Sambal
Rice cooked with coconut milk and served with Squid cook with spicy chillies...WOW!!!!!


Then ...we head to IKEA...
After doing some window shopping...then decided to eat again...
Told you...we are so blessed with good food...
 
While waiting ikea to bring their famous meatball out...we decided to eat this 'Daim Cake' and Caramel Puddings...Oh!!! 4 of us is sharing this whole place as you see in picture.
So...we doesn't look so greedy ,right???? hahahaha


My Sis said the meatball is out....

Famous Ikea chicken wings too....mmmmm there goes my breakfast and lunch on Saturday!!!!!

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy!
