CATCHING UP WITH FRIENDS

My HK post just ended yesterday....
Next week will start posting Macau trip.
Last Saturday was at Tropicana City Mall for my breakfast and lunch.
I met with 2 sets of friends.
All from different company ex office mate.
Lazy to make few trips to PJ so I end up get booked at same day and different session but same place ...and of course!!! different restaurant.
 
1st session was at 11:00am at Kluang Station...Thank you to Mama Julie for treating me that morning!!!!!
Oh ya!!! my friend Jack is getting slimmer and more handsome now!!!!
Yeahhhh!!!! people not even 30 years...of course still presentable...hope not seeing him with big belly in another 10 years meeting.
Great to catch up with my friends and start imagining on how to catch up with them if I am 50 years old which is another 10 years from next year.
Am I still alive at that time???
mmmmm.... will I be able to drive all the way to meet them to catch up ...or they have to catch me up at where ever I am or they are not interested to catching up with me anymore???
Think too much, huh???
 
Oh...well ...Princess of rejuvenate....always know how to spend money and pamper herself...
In between to the next meeting session..I booked myself for Thai Massage...WTH!!!!!! and ...its SYIOKKKK WORRRR!!!!!
 
 
 

 
Jamie aka Cili treat me at Pasta Zamai!!! chatting aways with Cili until almost 4pm.
It was great catch up with Cili who is running at Addidas Run @ Sunway Pyramid the next morning.
Phewwww!!! admire her passion...run!!!!
Me...running on the treadmill for one hour is like a huge burden to my leg and mental!!!
But hey!!! this week my run improve ...a lot ... now watching running man while running on the treadmill...like wow!!! time goes very fast!!!!
after one hour...I still have energy to do other cardio exercise too...
If this continue for another 3 weeks...will I be able to go for Yuri's 'S' line?????
Oh! WTH????

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much. For those who don't know what is Plantar Fasciitis, I will give you some brief about this. Who knows it may hit you too once you aging like me...hehehe. Anyway, its good to know. Plantar Fasciitis is common pain for middle-aged people. WTH! can't believe I aged this quickly. Young people don't so happy!
