Both Mamonde's First Energy Essence and First Energy Serum should be used as the first step in skincare after cleanser and skin softener. 


I love the fact that both essence and serum contain Honeysuckle's "Flower Vinegar"It gives perfect  effect to enhance anti oxidants and give great skin radiant.

Can't wait for Mamonde to reach Malaysia because I wanted to try out their Camelia Anti Aging skin care.


I applied Mamonde First Energy Essence and Serum before start dolling up. It look smooth and radiant, right? hehehehe...this is when my mood is good. Regular days...you won't bear to even look at my face. WTH!Lazy case.

Acupuncture Treatment at Tung Shin Hospital

My Plantar Fasciitis getting bad after return down to KL from Genting short weekend getaway recently. I guess my backpack load too heavy and stress up my heel so much.
