It was my first time visited to Gamuda Walk. Yes! totally out of my usual way but I was happened to be there. Gamuda Walk is not that big place to tour around. While touring around , I saw this bunting displaying Bamboo Briyani Rice. I was so excited! Damn! I was longing to taste this Bamboo Briyani for so long. But most of the place offer such cuisine located so like end of the world for me like Klang.

I was contemplating to try this since 3 hours earlier just had Briyani Rice with my friend. Me was like....gosh! I wanna try this badly but I was afraid that over ate rice for a day and make me fat. My friend rationalize to me and you know what he said ???

You are already fat anyway...so ? Eating rice twice for a day doesn't make any different. I was like...wanna get angry but realistically that is the fact! WTH! And this idiot ...bought that! ** Face Palm** I am a loser for the day! Whatever it is, the taste of this Briyani really worth it to be called loser to eat rice twice for the day. eheh...like that also can ar?

You won't miss this cafe if you are at Gamuda Walk. The cozy cafe serve this super authentic Bamboo Briyani located Level One , Gamuda Walk near Kota Kemuning Shah Alam.

The front of this cafe display their cuisine specialty which is Bamboo Briyani. You can choose many types of Bamboo Briyani from Chicken , Mutton, Prawn and Lamb Shank. If you don't want your Briyani serves from Bamboo you can choose the Claypot Briyani too.

Cinnamon's Fusion cuisine also serve another unique dishes call Salmon Head Curry. I wanna try that too. Greedy side of me came out. But my fat stomach was crying for being too tight.

My choice for that day was Lamb Shank Bamboo Briyani. I shared this with my friend. So...I was not that glutton after all. **wink wink** with angelic face.

Tadahhhh!!!! my Lamb Shank Bamboo Briyani reached my table in style. Do not worry about how to eat out the Briyani from that Bamboo. The waiter will come and serve the Briyani out from that Bamboo. Yes!!!! that Bamboo give birth to that Briyani and Lamb Shank onto my plate. OMG! The aroma of what in front of me....lingering through my nose and can't help to mouth watering.

The took away the bamboo from your table after serve it out. Can't wait to devour this Briyani. It look full of spices and herbs. I keep telling myself must review this in my blog. I know won't regret sharing this place to others.

My review on Bamboo Briyani from Cinnamon's Fusion Cuisine :

Isk isk isk ...why your cafe all the way in Kota Kemuning!!!! Why can't you open near KL or PJ ? I wanna eat this at least weekly. The taste is worth of  being call fat! Anyway, while eating this my friend keep telling me 'Basmathi rice' which is the type of rice use to cook Briyani is not fattening. I was like...really???? I can eat this a lot more then. kekekeke
This Briyani rice really cook with lots of herbs and spices in it. It get hot and spicier the more you eat it and you just can't stop. Don't need gravy and according to the Chef who is also the founder of this cafe, Briyani suppose to be eaten as it is without the gravy. The herbs and spices really packed and really hits you on your first mouthful.

Big fan of Briyani like me will never forget this taste. Really the best for me. Try this Bamboo Briyani for once and you know what I am talking about here.

The Chef/ Founder, Mr Nash happily chatting around with his customers and I can tell you they really serious about serving good food and drink to the patrons. He let me try his freshly brewed coffee and I was like damn...this is the black coffee I was looking for. Even the coffee will make me a regular customer if they are much nearer to me. The coffee bean according to Mr Nash is from Puro Fuerte brand which with dark roasted blend of high grown Arabica's with finest Ugandan Robusta's. For coffee lover like me....this is one good black coffee. Don't need sugar! It serves me right!

You can check out their official FB if you need more information of Bamboo Briyani at Cinnamon's Fusion Cuisine.

Where do you eat the best Briyani? Share with me the place please...I wanna check that place out.

Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...
