Don't Complicate Your Skincare Routine

I am not a big fan of overdoing my facial skin with some tools. I know serums and essences is highly important. Nowadays , we are spoil with product choices sometime using too many product confuse our skin. I myself super confuse on what goes first. lol.

Simplicity in skincare steps is most important for me since my 'me' time is so limited. I prefer the basic skincare which stick to 3 simple steps. I will add on whenever I have time to it. No big deal!

Life is all about simplicity! Adjust according to your needs as long as don't deviate from the basic rules. I will add serums and essences when time permitted. So don't bash me! I am not against any serum, essences and mask.  I use those when time allow me to. isk isk isk...
For daily routine, I normally go for just 3 steps routine.

To achieve the 'just' 3 steps routine, what I need is good 3 basic things :

* Good facial cleanser

* Awesome toner

* Suitable moisturizing cream

I can easily find good facial cleanser and toner but always having problem for moisturizing cream. Its either make my skin oily or dry. Even worst if you get something that give your after effects like not easily absorb to skin and oily skin after wake up in the morning. Hate that totally!

I bought some moisturizing skin which gave me cooling effect and it suppose to moisturize dry skin. This famous brand really doesn't suit my skin. I always end up with oily face in the morning. Hurl!

Some product even takes time to absorb into skin which leave your skin soaking wet or sticky and make it difficult to get ready in the morning.
Imagine you are rushing to be part of those tremendous traffic jam and you can't miss the seconds timing just to wait for your moisturiser to fully absorb before applying the BB or CC Cream or foundation on your face?

Kind of bad morning ...if this happen to me. I read some even use hair dryer to dry up the moisturiser. WTH! The heat from hair dryer is bad for skin. Totally not recommended this kind of beauty hack.

You will end up look like old hag skin before you aged.

Last year , I was invited to Taiwan Beauty Expo and was given this famous PSK brand from Taiwan. I was not so keen to try this to my skin because their famous pearl cream I tried many years ago didn't work well. I admitted anything whitening effect will make my skin awful! Why? I have sort of brown skin color not ivory or fair. I look like wearing out mask with that cream.

Anyway, I brave myself to try out PSK Skin Purifier last 2 weeks. WTH! I should have try this earlier.

How do I describe PSK Skin Purifier Pore Clarifying Balance Cream?

The texture is very light and glide and absorb on skin really well. When it first touching my skin, I can feel the cooling sensation and soothing which really awesome for humid weather. Thank God! this one not sticky on my skin.

I even use this at night and 'DAEBAK' this doesn't make my skin oily in the morning. It has enhance oil control effect. This is like a dream come true! 

Product box written this is suitable for all skin type and good for Asian Skin. Oh Yeayyy!!!! I am loving it! Highly recommended for those who are looking out for good moisturizer. Then again...this is all depends on one skin type. It may suit me well but not really sure if this is for you.

Skin Care / Base Whitedolls Lotion Essence, 30ml

Together in the PSK bag , I have Skincare / Base White dolls Lotion Essence. I was really skeptical with this one. Really! When first read the product name...WHAT? White Dolls? Am I going to look like some 'Geisha' with this? Dare not try on my face.

First , people who read this blog post will be falling out chair laughing at my 'Geisha' face dolling up. Thats not going to happen folks!

Second, I don't know to which step of skincare routine for me to use this product. Seriously, in the dark! The description on the box is totally freaking my old eye sight out. Hurl! that blur mehhhh...can't you darken that font for me??? Losing out my temper with this one.

I manage to snap good photo of the description . Finally, I can try this.

How to use PSK Skin Care / Base Whitedolls Lotion Essence ?

From the box written, apply the entire face and neck area after toner.

Enriched with pearl extract  which gives you overall effect of moisturising and brightening.

It can be use as last step skin care before make up.

I tried this after toner and this has that pearl extract brightening effect. In fact don't need anymore CC cream after apply this one. Yeay!!! simplicity is the best. In photo I show you the result apply on my face and also one of my hand. My left hand without PSK Whitedolls lotion essence. See the different? Yeahhh...my hand always darker tone if compare to my facial color. WTH! Color blocking.... lol.

Hurl! amaze on how it blend well to my dark color tone on my hand. As for the texture, I find it perfect since it glide easily and non sticky. The effect is natural fair on my skin. You see the photo. Look like I need to apply this on my hand too to make it even skin tone.

Phewww!!! luckily I don't look like 'Geisha Doll'. In fact I am far from that!
