Why October Month Is So Special?

October month has always been a special and meaningful month. Not because it's Halloween month. 12th October is my birthday and to be exact this year will be my 47th birthday. If God gives the permission, I will be reaching my FIVE-SERIES tiers in 3 years time. Urghhh! Even now, I feel like living in the 60s body.

As usual, no celebration because I don't have friends to celebrate though. My last birthday celebration is a farewell to my most fav workplace. So, I was a bit traumatic for a so-called birthday celebration, though! It's a good intention from others to make them feel less guilty towards me. I allow that to happen and it hurts me until now.

I usually travel abroad and enjoy my moment alone wondering at other countries like a lost soul. My last birthday trip was in the year 2019 to Tianjin. I remember wandering around at the Italian Street there and enjoy an Italian Pizza in one of the Alfresco Italian Restaurants. Then fill up my special day cafe hopping and admire the building architecture at Wu Dao Dao street. I miss that moment.

This year, I stuck here in Malaysia. Struggling to move home. The never-ending project because I still couldn't let go of much of my stuff in my old home. That is why I hate being close to anyone or even anything. I can't let go of things easily. Hopefully, this will come to closure in November. I still haven't survey for a comfy couch, table and chair  I am still very selective about this, though! It will take time for me finally furnish my new home.

I still haven't done my birthday shopping spree at ZALORA yet. Aihhhh...really not in the mood to do online shopping these days. Luckily the shopping voucher expiry isn't so soon.

What should I do on 12 Oct 2021 ?

Any idea?

Not a big fan of cakes at all but suddenly, I am craving for a good and delicious Pandan Gula Melaka Cake,

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...
