MY OWN BRAISED EGG...NYUM NYUM

Last 2 weeks I am so craving for herbal tea egg. I used to like the one from purple cane but nowadays the smells is so nice but the taste don't have that kick!!  I always have that 'thick' palate.  Long time ago , I boiled one but it taste bitter because end up put to much of 'angelica' powder. My version have that 'angelica' powder, red dates, onion, and goji berries in it. Add in thick soy sauce and boil. This time ,my braised egg turn out so well and deserve a round applause!!! Clap your hand everybody!!!! hihihihihih...so 'perasan' huh?

HEALHY RECIPES : SARDINES + GREEN APPLE + GRAPE TOMATOES SALAD

This is a very quick recipe and suitable for busy woman who wants nutritious and less calories snack or meal. Ingredients : * Grape tomatoes * Green Apple * Chilly oil sardines (you can replace with tuna chunks. I choose sardines because sardines has more benefits than tuna) * Lemon juice Benefit : Sardines  - energy, protein, lipid or fat, calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sodium and zinc. - as for vitamin includes thiamin,riboflavin, niacin,vitamin B6,folate, vitamin B12, A, D, E ad vitamin K. PRINCESS'S COOK: BAKED HERBS POTATOES WITH ZUCHINI AND CHEESE

Its fasting month, very tempting for me to post the food photo. Focus for those who are fasting. You see no evil and hear no evil! kekekekeke (wicked laugh) A simple recipe which I created for my breaking fast,single woman like me need this quick and simple dinner: * Cut potatoes into wedge and boil it for a while to half cook then strain the water. * lay out aluminum foil to your baking tray. * Lay potatoes onto aluminum  foil * Add in cut zucchini and cherries tomatoes * sprinkle in onion powder,black pepper, Italian herbs and salt to taste. * shred Kraft cheddar cheese * add in some olive oil * baked for 15 minutes Go and take shower and when you done. Walahhhh!!!! dinner is served! Oh!!! I can't believe I can be this creative!!!
