Naruko Brightening and Firming Eye Cream

I am not sure about any other people but for me , I can't skip the Eye Cream or Serum routine on my eye area. My eye area has lots of problem. Yeah! yeah part of me being both short and far sighted at the same time. (** Face Palm** to that ). I have terrible eye bag and dark Circle seems like born with me from my Mum Womb. Now that I am past 40s that crow feet eye emerge out of nowhere. Age gracefully and uglier too. Natural ageing kind of sucks sometimes because you need to look in the mirror every morning and the reflection kind of..... WTH! How do I start my morning with that kind of face? ngeeeeeee...such a motivational morning! Main problem is not wrinkles or dark circle or even that crow feet thingy. I just feel uncomfortable if my eye area is dry. If I skip even one day of eye cream , it will get lot worst. When I was in Kaohsiung in April this year, I bought Naruko Brightening and Firming Vitamin K Eye Cream Ex which made from Taiwan Magnolia. I bought it...

Tips to minimize pores on the face

Enlarged pores on the face are not appealing at all!  This phenomenon on the face cause by dirt, dead skin cells and oil residue which residue build up onto your skin overtimes and provide pressure to it clogging pores forcing them to stretch out. Sounds like ugly procedure ? That is why we need to clean and moisturize face in regular basis without fail. Let me know if you have other tips other than listed here. Here are some tips to minimize pores on the face : 1. Exfoliate I include exfoliate on alternate day to make sure my face pores free from dirt. It also helps to remove irrelevant dry skin too. 2. Cleansing Never fail to cleanse your face thoroughly on daily basis. Avoid regular soap to wash your face. At least use the ph-balanced purifier face cleansing product. 3. Sunscreen I will not walk out from my house without any sunscreen protection. Exposure to UV variation is super harmful for your skin and slow down the cell reproduction on the skin...

Cosmoderm Luminous A Retinol Review

In general, most people are advised to start using retinol in their mid-20s. Why do we need retinol for our skin? Well, this is because collagen and elastin production starts to slow down. Adding retinol into our skincare routine at age of 25 to 30 is the perfect time to slow down the ageing process. So, what is retinol that people are hyping about? In short, retinol is a topical product containing a vitamin A derivative. Technically speaking a type of retinoid which works to increase collagen production. It helps to treat acne, and blackheads and is also ideal to improve skincare texture such as minimising fine lines, and wrinkles and brightening dull skin. Personally, I am a beginner in adding Retinol into my skincare routine. At the age of 47 years old. I guess, am afraid to start one because I read many side effects if use it wrong.  What is the side effect if you use retinol wrong?  Retinols can increase your skin's sensitivity to sunlight. So, it is advisable to apply th...

Honest Review: Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV

When I first picked up the Sunplay Skin Aqua Hyaluronic Acid Serum UV , the sleek blue bottle already gave me that “hydrating luxury” vibe. Unlike the usual heavy sunscreens or sticky sunblocks, this one feels more like a skincare serum than a typical sunscreen. That’s the first big difference ! It’s marketed as a serum UV , not just a sunblock. Texture & Application The texture is lightweight, almost watery-gel like, and it spreads effortlessly across the skin. No greasy residue, no sticky film, and most importantly.....  no white cast . This is a huge win for those of us who hate looking like a ghost after applying sunscreen. It absorbs quickly, leaving the skin feeling supple and hydrated, almost like you’ve just applied a hydrating essence. This is where it stands out! It doesn’t just sit on top of your skin to block UV rays, it actually locks in hydration thanks to the 3 types of Hyaluronic Acid (HA, Absorbent HA, Nano HA). Think of it as a sunscreen that doubles ...
