Things To do in HuaHin : Into the Wild at Kaeng Krachan National Park

fsefsfss I was determined to visit Kaeng Krachan which is about one and a half hours from HuaHin to check out this untouched National Park and also a border to Myanmar. You can't just visit this place without any tourist guide. So I  hired one private car with a driver to guide me into the jungle. When I reached the National Park area, I feel thrilled. Fresh traced of Wild Elephant is everywhere. I read before if got lucky or rather unlucky, you can witness live panther roaming around. I don't pray to meet one. I must be crazy to pray for one??? huhuhuhuh My tour guide brought me into some simple jungle trekking because I told him my disability to go for a harder trekking course due to a day before I was on a difficult hike. Check out my painful hike at Pranburi .  I have to take off my shoes to cross the Pranburi River to get to the other side of Kaeng Krachan National Park. I don't meet many animals here. Just fresh elephant dunk, a gl...

Things To Do in Huahin - Visit to Pranburi

If you read my previous post on Things To Do in HuaHin, Visit Cha Am , HuaHin is not about visiting to Santorini Park or Plearn Wan. I booked HuaHin Cab for a day to drive 20 kilometres south of HuaHin to Pranburi. This place is on the western coast of the Gulf of Thailand. The view throughout the journey, I would describe as breathtaking for a person who loves the natural view. Things To Do at Pranburi, HuaHin 1. Hike to witness mystical Phraya Nakhon Cave 2. Boat Ride Tour around Khao Daeng Hike to witness mystical Phraya Nakhon Cave I just told the driver to drive me to Khao Sam Roi Yod National Park without knowing exactly what waiting for me. I was thinking to hire a boat ride to the other side of the beach for easier entrance to the mystical Phraya Nakhon Cave. To my disappointment, the ocean looks super fierce during my visit and none of the boat operators willing to take me to the other side of the beach. Haihhhh..... I was told to take a hi...

Things To Do in Huahin : Visit to Cha-Am

I have a chance to travel all the way to HuaHin, Thailand in early Dec 2018, last year. The trip more like rest and relax and also to clear my annual leave. Muahahaha...just started work for a month, I already dying to clear entitlement leave for the year. Way to go .... So..here I was exploring the Southern part of Thailand for 6 days / 5 nights . Others usually travel to HuaHin from Bangkok for a night or two. But since AirAsia fly direct from KUL to HuaHin , don't tell me to just stay there for a night or two. It will waste my precious time to fly all the way there. I am so 'kiasu' to stay only a night or two. kekekeke Well...if you decided to include HuaHin to your Bangkok trip, just hire a cab for THB3,000 for almost 3 hours journey from Bangkok. In general, HuaHin is a layback and peaceful place but worth to visit at least 2 nights. The price here is relatively expensive for me since I am Malaysia and my currency super small. It would be heav...

Hidden Archeological Gem of Thailand

Continue my Bangkok Travelogue early February trip.... Check my awesome KhaoYai post HERE . After spending my time touring around KhaoYai, I travel back to Bangkok. As I wanted to Kill Two Birds with One Stone (Poor Birdies) I  end up detour to Ayutthaya on the way to the City of Bangkok.  Ayutthaya is must visit place for those who love the historical kind of sightseeing. I would say this place is a hidden archeological gem for Thailand. Same like Bagan, Myanmar which I visited few years back. Ayutthaya brimming with Buddhist temples, monasteries and ancient statues. Some even dating back to 1350. Not as old as Bagan and this place kind of small scales.  Ayutthaya has gone through glory and strife stages. This place is also a UNESCO World Heritage city which is worth for sightseeing. I had chance wandering around the ancient ruined! I wish to rent bicycle and stay around this place. I didn't have chance to visit many places since it requires extensive wal...

U Khao Yai, A Romantic Resort and Spa in Khaoyai

While planning for my trip to Khaoyai last January, I was having a hard time selecting a place to stay. I was contemplating on themes to choose plus the location accessibility and of course the Price Tag. Khaoyai are famous with its European and English style resorts. While others price too high for me, U Khao Yai seems reasonable in term of price tag, their price around RM300++/ night. Plus this place just opened end of Nov 2016. I love new place. At the end here I am... landed to this French style Resort. Enough for me to 'shout out' ...I feel like a Princess in Fairy Tale.  This place located about 2 1/2 hour drive from Bangkok surrounded with Mountains and Timberland. Read further to enjoy my journey stay at this awesome resort as if I was immerse with nature. I booked 3 Days / 2 Nights stay at U Khao Yai. As usual greedy side of me said this is not enough. WTH! Be Thankful to what you have. Don't let the greediness evil to blind your pure heart. kekekeke....
