This is the third consecutive year CSR campaign, 'We Care for the Ocean 2023' by a leading brand Sunplay. For those who are not familiar with the Sunplay brand name, Sunplay is a leading brand in sun protection. The campaign aims to raise awareness about ocean pollution and is calling for volunteers to join its effort to clean up the beaches. In total, they will be cleaning up to seven beaches across the country. Some of this year's efforts include beaches in Negeri Sembilan which is Pantai Blue Lagoon. Sunplay doesn't walk alone in doing such a deed. Sunplay is collaborating with the Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) and Watsons to make this campaign successful. During this campaign period of the month of November, every RM1 from the Sunplay outdoor sunscreen sold in Watsons will be channelled to the campaign fund. This initiative encourages consumers to contribute to the cause while ensuring their skin remains protected under the sun. On top of this, Sunplay is also co

That Health Concious Uncle

I decided to write this post because this story amused me. I took a short trip to Malacca to celebrate my last 4 series of age. Hahaha...not sure if I will make it to 5 series next year. I tried my best but it's all Good Will, right? 😑 The previous month, was a family trip to Malacca too. But last month, I stayed in a 5-star hotel. My solo trip here this month was a budget one. So, I booked at a Boutique hotel which is not far from where I stayed last month. The location is superb! When you travel alone, you have your moment just for yourself. I love it so much, even though it's a short trip. This story is about a local people, I briefly met during my trip. I was sitting by the stairs overseeing the Malacca Straight. Watching the local folks passing by. Mostly, elders do their evening brisk walks and so on. Then, one uncle sat near me. Trying to make friends and chatting with me. Uncle: You tourist? Me: Local tourist. Uncle: Ooooo...I already need to care for my health. No o

Living My Last 40s

October 2023 started on Sunday this year. I woke up in the morning at 6:30am as usual. Started my day with prayer and then off for morning walk. I usually completed 5km within 1 hour 15 minutes. October is a special month for me. My birthday falls on 12 October. I usually went for travel during this time of the year. Usually, off to the country with Autumn season. I love Autumn leaves view so much. But I have not been travelling out for 4 years now. I skip travel this year too. I am still struggling with my health. I don't understand why is the struggle. It's not like I live my life recklessly. But my health isn't in good condition.  To be honest, I feel overwhelmed to survive this far. Although, a bit of struggling to maintain health and mobility. I am thankful to the above for allowing me to continue living in comfortable life. Though, I used to be blaming the above during my hardship during my childhood, teenage, young adulthood and senior adult. 😌. Now, I reached the

I Lost My Second Tooth While Drinking Morning Coffee

Expecting more things and people to leave you during ageing process. Either we leave them or they leave us. Which or who ever comes first. I am preparing my mental to leave this world out of sudden. I prefer to leave during my sleep rather than then horrid waiting to die of bed kind of scene. Anyway, none of us is given a privilege to choose, right? This post was dedicated to my left upper last tooth. It has left me on the 19th September 2023. I loss my first tooth which is somewhere in the year of 2005. Unfortunately, that one was right upper side front. Since that one was visible so I have no choice to do implant. Denture is not an option with my attitude.😜 I spent almost RM6k for that one implant. You can't get that kind of price now. Since the second fallen was at the back and will not be visible, I will just leave it empty. Even the dentist said it's ok to leave that spot vacant. How it fall? I was drinking my usual morning coffee and suddenly felt something hard fall. I

Staycation At Casa Del Rio Hotel Malacca

Early this month, my sister and I brought our parents for a short staycation at Casa Del Rio, Malacca. It was a conjunction with our parent's 54th Wedding Anniversary. This is an advance trip and celebration because their anniversary falls in October. My sis will be busy with her work in October so we did it earlier.  We booked 2 river view rooms for a night. I emailed the hotel prior to our trip to ensure we got the best river view room because this was for my parent's anniversary. My parent will be unable to walk around and explore nearby like any other healthy people. Both of them will be in the room most of the time. The best river view is really crucial so they will not feel bored to stay in their room. At least, both can sit on the balcony to see the outside view. The hotel made our stay extra special with a special complimentary surprise for my parent. The housekeeping decorated one of the rooms to celebrate my parent's anniversary. Of course, we got the best river

Best Way to Treat Frizzy Hair

Most women will understand this problem. Frizzy hair! Gosh! I have personally been battling with frizzy hair until now. I have tried natural remedies and applied some products that look promising to treat my frizzy hair, but to be honest, by far none of them is working for my hair. I never believe in any anti-products now. Whoever claimed it works is the biggest liar to me. 😂 Anti-frizzy shampoo, conditioner, anti-frizzy hair oil, serum, mask and many more. NO! It's not working for me. For those who acted smart saying this and that, they just don't know what women like me are dealing with. Some even told me my hair got so frizzy because I don't eat well. WTH! Eat back your words, you know nothing! Duh...😒 Seriously, I really hate living with untidy and frizzy hair. It made me lose my confidence and self-esteem. What did I do to overcome this until now?  Personally, the best and fastest way to treat frizzy hair is to do rebonding, relaxing or keratin treatment. Each has
